Balance Class for Seniors with Exercise Physiologist

Exercise Physiology Balance class at Bungee Fitness

Balance Classes for Over 50s

Not feeling as steady as you used to be?
Or managing an injury or ongoing condition that’s affecting your balance and confidence?

You’re not alone — and the right support can make a meaningful difference.

Our Balance Classes for Over 50s are designed to help you move with greater stability, confidence, and control in your everyday life.

Led by a qualified Exercise Physiologist, these sessions focus on improving balance, strength, coordination, and body awareness in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether your goal is to prevent falls, rebuild confidence after injury, or simply feel more secure on your feet, this program is tailored to meet you where you are.

Why Balance Training Matters
As we age, balance can naturally decline — but it can also be improved with the right approach. These classes can help:

  • Reduce the risk of falls and injury
  • Improve strength, coordination, and mobility
  • Build confidence in everyday movements
  • Support recovery from injury or ongoing conditions
  • Enhance overall independence and quality of life

What Makes This Different
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all class.

Every new participant begins with a 1:1 balance assessment, allowing us to understand your current ability, any injuries or conditions, and tailor the exercises to suit your needs safely and effectively.

With small group sizes, you’ll receive personalised attention and guidance throughout each session.
