Occupational Therapy is now available at Bungee Fitness

Occupational Therapy is now available at Bungee Fitness.

We offer one-on-one sessions with our Occupational Therapist (OT).

How does Occupational Therapy work at Bungee Fitness?

Although sessions are run from Bungee Fitness, Occupational Therapy sessions are delivered just like a standard Occupational Therapy clinic session. Our space simply provides an additional supportive and engaging environment for therapy.

Use of bungee or aerial equipment is not required and will only be incorporated where appropriate, safe, and aligned with the participant’s individual goals and therapy needs. Equipment may also be used as part of engagement strategies, motivation, confidence building, movement activities, or reward systems where suitable.

All therapy remains goal-focused, individualised, and clinically appropriate.
