Beginner Fundamental

5 YEARS AND UP

 Start Here – One-Time Intro Class


Bungee Fundamentals is your essential first step into the world of bungee fitness. This
one-time, mandatory class is required before participating in any of our other bungee classes. No prior experience is needed—just come ready to learn and have fun!


In this session, you'll get fitted into your harness, learn the foundational techniques, safety guidelines, and basic movements that will set you up for success in all future classes. You only need to complete this class once, and then you're ready to join any other bungee session on our schedule!

Bungee Light

12 YEARS AND UP

Bungee light is for people looking for an easier workout with fewer repetitions.
The more leisurely, low-impact nature of Bungee Light makes it the perfect workout for beginners, bad knees, post-pregnancy and others. Bungee Light is slow-paced and designed to keep things simple as you progress in building strength and confidence. It is a great place to start for anyone who is injured, feeling self-consciousness, overweight or has any training issues.

Bungee Worx

12 YEARS AND UP

Bungee Works combines strength and core exercises with the added support of the bungee. This is a fun and challenging workout that incorporates both beginner and advanced moves for a varied lesson. Bungee Works is a medium-paced class with a high number of sets and repetitions, sure to make you sweat! Make sure you have done a fundamentals session before trying this class.

Bungee Dance

12 YEARS AND UP

Bungee dance is a fun innovative class utilising the Bungee cords to learn the bungee basics and add fun maneuvers. Incorporating choreographed bungee sequences, Tricks, Flips & Flying. This class is for all ages and abilities everyone can have a go with no dance background or experience needed. Please make sure you have done a Bungee Fundamental class before joining a class.

Bungee Fun / Family

5 YEARS AND UP

Bungee Fun is exactly that FUN! This class is for those who enjoy freetime on the bungee and want to try out different tricks & flips. Incorporating flying, backflipping or just playing around trying out new skills. Class is for all ages and abilities and is a great family activity to try together. Please make sure you have done a Bungee Fundamental class before joining a class.

Bungee Kids

5 YEARS AND UP

Bungee Kids is a light and fun workout for kids aged 5-12 yrs. Children over 12 can be considered for adult classes. This is a great way for your kids to get exercise while having a whole lot of fun at the same time. Bungee Kids enjoy their unique class with the added assistance of our trainers. The kids will learn training basics and get fit while having a blast! In addition to fitness, Bungee Kids classes help improve coordination, balance, and confidence.
