EP sessions are exclusively on Mondays & Wednesdays. Private, one-on-one sessions with our Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Tailored to your goals, whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from injury, or seeking expert guidance.


What is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist?


  • University-qualified allied health professional
  • Specialises in safe and effective exercise interventions for chronic conditions, injuries, or disabilities
  • Services claimable under Medicare and most private health insurance
  • Most qualified professionals in Australia for exercise prescription


Who Can They Help?


     AEPs support:

  • People with chronic conditions, illness, or injury
  • Those wanting safe, individualised exercise guidance


Who Can Access EP Services?


  • NDIS participants (self & plan-managed, if eligible)
  • Private clients
  • Medicare rebates available with GP referral
  • Private health insurance may cover part of your sessions


Exercise Contraindications


Before starting, some conditions may need review:


  • Pregnancy or recent surgery
  • Neck or back pain
  • Unstable or unhealed fractures
  • Atlantoaxial Instability (AAI)
  • Osteogenesis imperfecta
  • Unmanaged urinary/bowel incontinence
  • PEG tube use
  • Pelvic floor reconstruction
  • Hernias or colostomy bag
  • Detached retinas
  • POTS
  • High blood pressure (180/100+)
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
  • Vertigo, seizures, or epilepsy
  • Dwarfism
  • Surgically implanted devices (if yes, please advise during pre-screen)


What Happens If You’re Unsuitable for Bungee Fitness?

  • EP will create a tailored program to safely build strength, mobility, and coordination
  • Gradual progression toward bungee participation
  • Focus on tailored exercises until ready



How Can I book an a appointment?


Our Exercise Physiology sessions are available on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Sessions are limited, so be sure to book early to secure your spot. Each program is personalised to your individual goals and needs, and may incorporate bungee and aerial equipment to provide a fun, safe, and low-impact workout.



Progressing to Group Sessions


Once your EP is happy, you may transition into group bungee classes:


  • Safely participate with strength, mobility, and coordination
  • Gain confidence and continue progressing toward your personal fitness goals

Even starting with private sessions, there’s a clear path to group participation when suitable.


Our Process: From Pre-Screening to Tailored Plan


Step 1: Pre-Screen Form

Complete a pre-screen form so our EP can understand your goals, medical history, and exercise readiness. ( Pre- screen below)


Step 2: Screening & Eligibility

EP reviews your pre-screen to assess suitability for an initial consultation.


Step 3: Initial Consultation (1 hour)

Tailored session to design a plan towards your individual goals.


Step 4: Ongoing Sessions

Private, one-on-one sessions using bungee and aerial equipment to safely progress your strength, mobility, and wellbeing.
