Bungee Fitness Classes
This class is for all first timers and beginners. This class is mandatory before any other class. In this lesson we do all the necessary paperwork and get you measured and rigged up to be able to
safely workout. We do several sample exercises to learn the basics and see what class is best for you in the future.
Bungee LIGHT is for any one looking for an easier workout with less repetitions. This class is slow paced, easy and is a great start for anyone with injuries, self-consciousness, overweight or any training issues. We work at a slow pace with simple and easy exercises working our way up to build strength and confidence. This is a low impact workout that’s perfect for beginners, bad knees, post pregnancy or any other reason you need to decrease impact.
Bungee WORX Is our 30 Minute workout with a combination of Strength and Core exercises. This class is a medium paced class with High sets and repetitions. Beginner and Advanced moves
combined to make a workout.
Bungee HIIT EXTREME
High intensity interval training or HIIT is defined as short, intense, unsustainable bursts of physical activity, paired with intervals of quick rests. The workout involves alternating between the work
and recovery periods. Fast PACED, High Revs, Extreme cardio workout with high Fat burn. For intermediate fitness levels.
Bungee Advanced is for those who have completed most Bungee classes and are confident with trying Tricks and advanced moves. This is a slower paced class with vital safety information for each
move. Walk through a range of advance moves with step by step instructions with your qualified trainer.
Bungee Dance is for those who are looking for a Dance class like no other. With choreographer Eden Pendleton this a fun dance class designed for everyone to have fun as well as getting a workout
in. Trying new moves, you couldn’t normally do without the Bungee cords. This a Fun class for all levels and abilities.
Bungee kids is a light fun workout for kids aged 7+ to 12 years, anyone over 12 can be considered for the adult classes. This is a great way for your kids to workout with having fun at the same time.
This class is great for kids that are wanting to enjoy their workout with the step by step help from our trainers. We teach the training basics and fly around while getting FIT!
Bungee Belly & Butt
Bungee Belly and Butt workout is a 30-minute workout designed to target Abs and Glutes with the help of the Bungee more repetitions are possible with lower impact on joints and muscles. Range
of exercises on and off the Bungee equipment to target the Abdominals and Glutes.
Bungee Strength is a Workout with our bungees that incorporates the use of Weights and Equipment during the workout. Strength training specializes in the use of resistance and to induce
muscular contraction which builds strength.
Bungee Mums & Bubs
This class is specifically for Mums with bubs that are just getting back in to training or starting up training after bubs. We welcome new mums to have their children with them while training in the
room. We do not have a creche we simply let you bring you babies into the class either in a pram capsule or whatever your bubs like to be seated in. Have them close with the option of stopping to
attend to your child. This class is a small group, so we can cater to you and your bubs specifically.
Stretch & Conditioning
Performing a variety of stretches commonly used in yoga that help stretch and tone the body. Using a variety of different poses and endurance techniques to build stamina and condition and strengthen the body.
