Saturday 23rd, we will be doing this one on one privately in ten minutes slots. This is a chance to chat with your trainers and use our body composition scanner.

This challenge gives you complete access to every single class we offer on our timetable for 28 days! That’s over 70 classes per week you can join for the one-time fee of the challenge!

 

Do you want Nutritional and supplement advice as well as an eating plan to guide you through the challenge?

Meal plans and guidelines are optional, easy food options to help you with your weight goals.
